How Level Up got started
One morning our founder, Josh, unlocked his pizzeria and thought “What idiots closed the store last night!?!” He was reminded of a seminar he attended from the great David Scott Peters (check him out) about this exact thought. In DSP’s tough love style he said to the audience (we’re paraphrasing here) “Well, who tired the idiots, who trained the idiots, and who allowed the idiots to keep their jobs? Idiot.”
Ok, we threw in that last Idiot, but that is how it hit Josh that morning.
Josh realized he needed the ability to include training videos in his pizzeria’s checklists to make sure everyone was on the same page.
Level Up was born.
